I discovered yoga because I myself needed a path toward healing, mental clarity, and greater ease. They say the path you take is the medicine you bring, and that is exactly what I offer here.

I specialize in restorative yoga, nervous system down-regulation, and holistic yoga therapy. My mission is to help you calm down so you can show up vibrantly in every area of your life.

I founded the wellness brand, Kairos Flows, because I have a deep-seated passion for helping people address the physical and mental issues that stop them from being fully present and vibrant in their lives.
